Payment:
- I am currently only taking payments through Paypal.- All prices are CAD ($) only.- You will be contacted for payment via DM, payments can either be paid in full at the beginning or 50 / 50 where you pay half at the beginning and half at the end.- I will send updates throughout the process and you may ask for them as well at any time.-Turnaround time will differ as I have a part-time job and a baby to take care of so I may not be able to be at my desk all the time but I will keep you as updated as possible-If you require a piece for a certain date PLEASE let me know so I can put priority on your commission, if you don't tell me ahead of time and tell me last minute I will charge a rush fee that will be 20% of the base price.-You may purchase a commercial use for a piece for %80 of the base price and if any of my artwork is used for merch I require %30 of the earnings.

Refunds:
- If I haven't started your piece, you will get a full refund. If I have started your commission, you will get a partial refund depending on how far I've gotten with it. If it is halfway done, then you may only get a 50% refund or less.- You will NOT get a refund if your commission is complete- If for any reason I myself am unable to complete your commission due to feeling I can't do it in the time you've given me or if I feel it is becoming out of my skill range I will contact you and give you a full refund.-If the commission takes way longer than my TAT or the agreed timeline you will get a full refund.-If you do a charge back when there was no agreement or do it falsely then you will be blacklisted from commissioning me.

Ordering Commissions:
- A Clear visible reference sheet is preferred but not required- As stated above you MUST tell me if the piece you are ordering is needed for a certain date (i.e. a birthday gift for someone) so I can give priority to your commission. if you don't and tell me afterwards you will be charged a rush fee.- please if possible when giving details be as clear and as straightforward as possible. I will also use artistic freedom for things not specified.- Please keep DM's professional.- If something were to happen where I do not get paid or something comes up on your end and you are unable to complete the payment, the full artwork will not be completed.- please be aware that my style can shift whether that be me testing something new or my style changes I don't have a set style so again please be aware of that!

Art Usage:
I retain the rights to the artwork and it is strictly for personal use only unless stated otherwise (i.e. Icons, Emotes, banners etc) or with the purchase of commercial use. I may use the artwork in my galleries or via posts (with credit). You MUST credit me for my work if you re-upload.
Absolutely NO NFTs, Crypto, AI, Bitcoin, or anything related. If you see my artwork in anything like this PLEASE notify me immediately!

Adopts/Designs/Customs:
- Do not claim the character as your own unless you’ve paid for it, or in any other way (free, ota, dta, etc).- Do not use the character for RPs unless you own it.- You may change the design slightly as long as it's still recognizable.- Please give credit to me as the designer of the character at least once.- DO NOT SELL IT MORE THAN YOU PAID FOR unless there is extra art.

Do Not!
Alter, Edit, Trace, Line, Shade, Color, Heavily Reference, Add To, Take away from, Claim, Resell, or Redistribute any of my Artwork. I do not permit it by any Client, Artist, or Person.
